Shoaib Khan, Founder and Chairman of the Board
Shoaib Khan is a serial entrepreneur and philanthropist who has built and scaled ventures across real estate, media, technology, consumer goods, and social impact. Through M Worldwide Inc., he has personally managed over $1B in global investments while partnering with some of the world’s most recognizable brands. Driven by a commitment to purpose-centric leadership, he founded Humaniti to create meaningful impact for people of all backgrounds, regardless of race, religion, or creed.
Randall Arsenault, Board Member
Randall Arsenault is an Ontario Human Rights Commissioner and the manager of the Indigenous Spirit Fund, supporting the work of Native Child and Family Services of Toronto. A former Police Officer with over 21 years of service, he was Canada’s first Community Engagement Officer, known for building meaningful relationships across public and private sectors. A sought-after speaker and mental health advocate, Randall draws on his frontline experience to address technology, engagement, philanthropy, and mind-health while earning recognition such as the Rotary International Service Above Self Award.
Shahzad Siddiqui, Board Member
Shahzad Siddiqui is a distinguished lawyer recognized for his involvement in landmark Ontario cases, including Azzarello v. Shawqi, Forest Hill Homes v. Ou, and Aga v. Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church, with his work cited by appellate courts and featured in national media. He is the author of multiple legal publications, a graduate of Osgoode Hall and the University of Pennsylvania, and has taught and lectured internationally, including at Harvard Law School. A multilingual community leader and avid marathoner, Shahzad has also served as a director of a leading Canadian charity and remains active in sport as a member of Wyndance Golf Club.

Ovais is a highly accomplished IT Executive by profession, a humble Global Humanitarian by heart, and a dynamic Canadian Media Personality by passion. Ovais leads the sales engineering team a Fortune 500 company, and he’s been instrumental for various NGOs in Canada, the USA, and other countries over the last 10 years.
Mansour Shouman, Director of Operations, Middle-East
Mansour Shouman, a Palestinian Canadian citizen journalist, has remained a steadfast voice in Gaza since October 7th, declining offers from Israeli and Canadian authorities to leave Khan Younis. His daily on-the-ground reports provide a vivid portrayal of life amidst conflict, earning him widespread recognition on social media and major news outlets like Al Jazeera, BBC, and CNN. Mansour not only reports but actively supports his community, initiating relief efforts and fundraising campaigns. Mansour continues to advocate for Palestinian rights and freedom, embodying a commitment to truth, humanitarianism, and justice in the region.
Vaden Earle, Global Ambassador
Vaden Earle is a respected human rights advocate, whose hands-on fieldwork spans over 30 countries. His book, “ONE: A Face Behind the Numbers,” published in 2007, became a bestseller, significantly amplifying human rights awareness in North America and earning him numerous literary awards. Vaden is also the founder of several NGOs, a testament to his dedication to humanitarian work, as well as a public speaker leveraging his dynamic style to combine rigorous academic analysis with practical strategies.
