Today’s youth need purpose
Younger generations are yearning to do good for the world, and there is so much good work to be done. Humaniti launched Youth in Action to bring young voices to the table and provide youth from all backgrounds and cultures an opportunity to contribute to a bigger picture.
Youth empowerment
We launched Youth in Action to give young lives opportunities to improve and grow.
Our programs promote leadership skills, empowering young people to be part of a team and work towards a common goal.
They provide experiences for youth to learn about cultures, economics, and find belonging in a community making positive changes.
Our programs have tremendously positive impacts on young lives in ways including:
- Improved self-esteem
- Learning new skills
- Organization and time management
- Increased socializing
- Stronger sense of purpose
Supporting students
Youth in Action frequently works with schools on developing initiatives led by students.
Our programs complement subjects like social studies, business, childhood studies, physical education, psychology and more.
Students can take part in our existing programs or we can collaborate with teachers and students on creating custom programs.
Examples of ways for students to get involved include:
- Organize fundraising events
- Participate in meal programs
- Lead well-being initiatives
- Travel abroad and build water wells
