Half the world struggles without adequate healthcare

The world has a lot of healing to do and we have so much power to make it happen if we work together. At Humaniti, we’re channeling your donations to build and support stronger medical facilities and reduce needless suffering globally.

Change someone’s life today

Join our movement right in this moment. Give anything you can and your dollars will directly impact one of our live programs.

Focus on the most vulnerable

Poor healthcare systems affect everyone but certain groups are at a heightened risk of poor health outcomes.

These groups include pregnant women, infants, young mothers, seniors, children with cancer, people with disabilities, those living in remote regions or displaced by war or disaster.

Humaniti is working to address the healthcare needs of these vulnerable groups as well as improving larger healthcare systems that serve entire communities.

Healthier, stronger communities

There is so much unnecessary suffering due to poor healthcare access.

Too many deaths from preventable diseases, too many injuries and illnesses that could have been treated.

Too many poor outcomes due to a lack of expertise or available support.

Beyond the suffering itself, poor healthcare systems keep people unwell and unable to go to work or school or contribute to society.

By investing in the health and strength of individuals, we invest in the health and strength of the whole community.

Maximum efficiency, maximum transparency

90% of donations fund our solutions and the lives they change. But don’t take it from us. Trust the organizations that fund our programs and attest to the impact they witness year after year.

Farrah is a mother from Toba Tek Singh, Punjab who had two beautiful babies prematurely. Proper nutrition is so important for mothers and babies, particularly in cases of premature birth. But due to Farrah’s circumstances, she couldn’t access nutritious food on a regular basis.

Fortunately she was able to visit the Sultan Foundation Clinic and receive care by the amazing Dr. Abdul Hameed and Iram Sahiba, and begin receiving nutritional support through Humaniti’s global food program.

It was a slow start but soon these two little miracles grew stronger and bigger and together with their mom showed an amazing transformation. All thanks to having nutritious, ready-to-eat meals on a consistent basis. Instead of feeling depleted and devastated, Farrah is energized and hopeful that she and her beautiful new children have a healthy future ahead of them.

“Majd came to us at the Humaniti mobile clinic with poor eyesight. This is often detected at school, but since Majd isn’t currently attending school due to the war, we deemed it crucial to test his eyesight.

I referred him to an ophthalmologist, who examined him and prescribed eyeglasses. The eyeglasses, sponsored by Humaniti, were provided to him. Today, Majd loves his eyeglasses and his family is immensely grateful to Humaniti. On his behalf, I’d like to thank Humaniti for their unwavering support.”

Margaret worked in retail until her mother became very sick with cancer. Caring for her mother caused her to miss work and lose her job. When her mother passed away Margaret took responsibility for raising her little sister who was then in primary school, in addition to her own two children, without a salary.

They live in a flat with her uncle who does occasional labour to help with expenses. Margaret also enrolled her sister at Florida Park High School and had to pay fees as well as stationery and uniform costs.

Margaret’s sister no longer has to worry about whether there will be something to eat and this has reflected in her school work. Early last year Margaret thought her sister would have to repeat, but she managed to pass and move on to Grade 10. Margaret feels that the monthly groceries she received from Humaniti, via Africa Food for Thought, were sent by God.
